* Note: Sika Lastic 632 waterproof paint will react with air humidity as soon as the lid is opened, so it should be used up in one use, cannot be reused if the lid is not tightly closed.

Instructions for using Sikalastic® 632 waterproof paint

1. Waterproofing for roof surface:

. Use Sikalastic® 632 to create a waterproof coating for the roof. This coating helps to stabilize the roof surface, resist UV rays and prolong the life of the roof deck structure.

. Apply 2 coats of Sikalastic® 632 on all types of surfaces such as concrete, metal, fibro ciment, mortar and tile.

2. Reinforced waterproofing:

Sikalastic® 632 is an effective waterproofing solution for both new construction and repair projects. Suitable for surfaces that are resistant to loads and light travel loads.

3. Notes on construction:

. Do not apply Sikalastic® 632 to damp surfaces or to surfaces in constant contact with water.

. In the case of a ventilated surface, make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the product. Perform this process when the surface temperature reaches a low level.

. During application, if the temperature rises, be careful to avoid creating "bubbles" due to enhanced water evaporation.

. In severe cases, use Sikalastic® Primer and be sure to use this product with work safety measures. It is recommended to assess all potential risks before commencing work.

4. Usage restrictions:

. Do not use Sikalastic® 632 for indoor applications.

. Avoid applying directly to the XPS sheet.

. Do not place the product near the air duct of an operating air conditioner.

5. Construction method:

. Sikalastic® 632 can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer. Especially effective when using brushes in hard to reach places.

. Wait for the first coat to dry before applying the next coat.

6. Other Notes:

. The product can cover itself.

. On oiled paper, use a full reinforcement system or reinforcement sheet such as Sika® Reemat Premium from Sikalastic® Fleece 120 to cover seams or overlays.

. Materials such as soft asphalt or volatile materials may be placed under the coating.

. To meet different driving load requirements, use suitable systems. For more detailed information, refer to specific instructions.

. Avoid applying cementitious adhesives or products directly to Sikalastic® 632 surfaces (e.g. grout).

. Do not use salt or anti-caking agents between Sikalastic® 632 coatings, as this may affect product elasticity and adhesion.

. Sikalastic® 632 is resistant to soils and common cleaning solutions in the environment, and meets chemical resistance requirements.
